I purchased tickets yesterday for a concert at the FL Strawberry Festival and I purchased tickets for the incorrect date in error. I contacted customer service and had a poor experience because the Reps were not helpful, they were borderline rude, and they weren't able to address my concern. All I wanted to do was switch the concert date but they stated I wasn't able to do that, but they didn't give me a reason why I couldn't switch the date. This concert is a belated birthday gift for my gf and she's really looking forward to going. What can I do to switch the concert for the correct day and not lose all of the money I've invested?
