I purchased 6 tickets ($1,300) way back on Oct 23,2024 for Lion King show to take my grandkids. Today 4/5/25 was the show. Upon online purchase with StubHub, I received confirmation that I will receive tickets via Fedex by 4/3/25. It never arrived. I spent the last 2 days including this morning on live chat trying to get someone to help me. What a horrible experience. Can’t talk to seller, chat associates just go round and round in circles . No alternate tickets as promised. I did not want a refund. I wanted the tickets that I had paid for. I was on live chat until 2 hours before the show. Ended up we couldn’t go. It was disappointing for my grandkids, what a nightmare! Now I’m told it will take up to 10 days to see a credit on my card of the full amount. I will wait and see if I get my money back before I file for fraudulent charge.
