The customer service agents are 100% clueless. Every person has a different answer, and no one actually solves anything. I am literally out $400 because I relied on Stub Hub. After spending 2 hours on the phone yesterday, I'm still on a 1 hour phone call with zero results because Stub Hub just puts customers on hold. TOTAL SCAM.
