Sellign tickets

Can anyone help? I cant go to a concert.. I posted the tickets for resell and someone purchased however Im not sure who the provider of tickets was. ie AXS, Ticketmaster etc.. Cant find it anywhere so im not having any luck.. Can someone help

Hi @brugy74 

1) you can try logging into your Ticketmaster and AXS accounts and see if you find the tickets

2) You can search your emails for the event.  If you deleted the email when you bought then may be an issue

3) You can google the event and pretend like you are buying for it and then you can determine if it is Ticketmaster, AXS or some other platform.  Once you know the platform you can log into your account.
