Hi @xraykid1948 sorry for your loss. Where did you buy the tickets? If you bought on Stubhub and sell on Stubhub they will generally waive the fee. List the tickets with an in hand date as far out as Stubhub allows. When you receive the the tickets you can turn around and forward them to your buyer. Their information will be in the email you receive when you sell. After you transfer the tickets remember to confirm the transfer in your open sales in your Stubhub account as this alerts Stubhub that the transfer has occured

Hi @shallam3000 If oyu have not sold your tickets yet make sure in your listing oyu indicate that the buyer must have a Dice account. After they sell call Stubhub at 866-788-2482 and ask them to reach out to the buyer for their cell so you can transfer the tickets and have them make sure the buyer has a Dice account. It is a lot of work for you to follow up to make sure buyer has opened Dice account so you can transfer. There are the steps and also why @Bossfan recommends not selling Dice tickets

Hi @klwarnock Stubhub does not set the price. Rather the price is set by the seller. Sometimes the tickets are listed well in excess of the cost and sometimes it is below the cost. to set expectations, it is unlikely that you will get a refund for the purchase.

Just double check you sent to the correct email. it sounds like you confirmed the transfer in your Stubhub account. Just make sure you did. If so you will be paid 5-8 Business days After the event even if the buyer never accepts.

Hi @MitchD For mobile transfer, unless you are able to automatically transfer the tickets, only top sellers are allowed to sell within 4 hrs of the event. For events with barcodes or for which the listing is connected to a season ticket holder account, sellers can sell up until game time and in many instances past the start of the game.

Hi @trigkhi Stubhub is a secondary market meaning they dont own inventory and the tickets that are sold originally belonged to someone else. In some cases the tickets will show the name of the original purchaser. In most cases it doesnt matter as the venues are only concerned with the bar code. You should be fine.

Hi @Trimountain What is the issue you are having selling them on Stubhub? Stubhub is a secondary marketplace where sellers sell tickets they have bought elsewhere - for example on Ticketmaster. The two sites are not related. If you have accepted the tickets you received from Ticketmaster check to see if you are able to transfer them. If so you can list them on Stubhub.

Hi @Alfie As long as the seat characteristics are the same (ie not aisle) and the seats are next to one another the exact numbers you deliver does not really matter. For instance if you have seats 9-12 and sold 11,12 it is ok to deliver 9,10. Also for some reason when you sell Stubhub lists the range of your seats so in this example it might appear as though you sold seats 9 and 12. If you go back to your listings what seats remain?

Hi @Ci412 Stubhub pays sellers 5-8 business days after the event. That would be Oct 9th. I find it takes an extra day or two to reach Paypal. If you use direct deposit it tends to speed things up by a day.

Hi @marley3_3 How did you receive the tickets - thru Ticketmaster? GO to whatever platform you received the tickets and transfer the tickets to your buyer. Save the email you get upon transfer. Then go to your open sales on stubhub and confirm that you have transfered the tickets and indicate the source - Ticketmaster, Seatgeek, account manager etc. This lets Stubhub know that the transfer has occured.

Remember to confirm the transfer after it is made. If the tickets do not sell you are free to use them. Just remember to delete the listing otherwise it is possible they sell late and you would not be able to transfer and thus could incur a penalty

Hi @TeamStubHub1 2 easy suggestions 1) Eliminate recommended tickets button or allow users to set a preference of it off. This feature doesnt really help anyone and causes angst for sellers who cant see their listings. Let buyers see all tickets available in a section and let them choose which seats they want. 2) In listings allow the user to choose the default for the view - I would much rather see listings by event date (helps show me which listings are expiring the quickest as opposed to the current default of listing date. I dont care if I listed an event for December. I am more worried about upcoming events.

Hi @lucasaf617 Ticketmaster provides the backend for ticket transfers for the Rangers so when your seller transfers you tickets the email will come from Ticketmaster. If you don’t have a Ticketmaster account the email may prompt you to create one. It is probably best to create one on your own. Any update on adding the game on Aug 26 at 7:00? I have been asking for the Blue Jays vs Red Sox at Fenway to be added for 3 weeks now and no progress. This game was on the original Red Sox schedule. The Red Sox added a suspended game at 2:00 and that is the only game you are showing. Your competitors, such as vivid, have the 7:00 game. I would rather list on Stubhub but if you cant add the game I will go elsewhere.

It will ask you how you transferred (Ticketmaster, AXS etc) and a few other questions. Choose the service, answer the questions and confirm the transfer. Also keep the email you receive when you transfer the tickets for your records.

Hi @passhan Pearl Jam is known for only allowing tickets to resold at face on Ticketmaster (except in NY and Chicago). If you are unable to transfer the tickets you will be hit with a penalty for failing to deliver tickets. You can try calling Stubhub and asking if they will make an exception since the tickets are not transferrable but I would not count on it

Hi @tonitenille When you upload the pdf you will be prompted to either include or exclude pages from the pdf to assign to your listing. For instance if your pdf contains 4 pages but you are only selling 2 tickets you might choose to include seats 1,2 but exclude seats 3,4. It is very important to remember which seats you uploaded so that you dont use the wrong tickets to enter yourself.
