Hi @adamlynn55 Hope you feel better soon. To set expectations I would be surprised if you get a refund from Stubhub as it is not their fault you got sick. It is why they offer insurance when you buy. It sounds like you did not buy the insurance

Hi @lucasaf617 Ticketmaster provides the backend for ticket transfers for the Rangers so when your seller transfers you tickets the email will come from Ticketmaster. If you don’t have a Ticketmaster account the email may prompt you to create one. It is probably best to create one on your own. Just make sure it is us account and not Brazilian as not sure the two systems talk to one another

Hi @Lexy07baby Do not cancel the sale as you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the sale. As long as you transferred to the correct email AND confirmed the transfer in your open sales in your Stubhub account you will be paid 5-8 business days after the event. I find that buyers either accept right away or wait until a day or two before event to accept.

Any update on adding the game on Aug 26 at 7:00? I have been asking for the Blue Jays vs Red Sox at Fenway to be added for 3 weeks now and no progress. This game was on the original Red Sox schedule. The Red Sox added a suspended game at 2:00 and that is the only game you are showing. Your competitors, such as vivid, have the 7:00 game. I would rather list on Stubhub but if you cant add the game I will go elsewhere.

Hi @SaraW123 do not cancel the transfer as you expose yourself to charges from Stubhub. If you transferred the tickets to the correct email AND confirmed the transfer in your open sales on Stubhub you will be paid after the event even if the buyer never accepts. I find that buyers either accept immediately or wait until a day before the or even up unitl the start of the event to accept.

Hi @Dcavalli The purchases would have to be separate transactions. You could try calling your credit card company and explain that you will be making multiple purchases. They can put notes on your account. You should not have to log out in between purchases. They just have to be done one at a time

Hi @whitesmaverick You are able to resell tickets on Stubhub that you bought elsewhere as long as you are able to deliver the tickets by mailing, uploading, transferring or entering barcodes for them depending on how you listed the tickets for sale

Hi @DesertDentist If you go to your listing and edit it, go to update seat features. Under comments there should be an option to indicate that the tickets are first row of the section.
