Can I get a refund instead of a coupon for my cancelled NBA tickets?

I got an email from StubHub asking me to use the form to verify the transfer of tickets to the Garth KC concert. I did that, but haven't heard anything back. How do I know if there's a problem or it's okay?  Thanks!
