Hello, I used the Instant Download many times, but on this occasion I successfully uploaded my tickets, apparently the buyer had issues downloading, so stubhub asked if I could cancel the transfer and transfer directly to the buyer. But Stubhub accepted the tickets so there is nothing I could have done further, Stubhubhas the tickets. Ticketmaster confirmed you can't cancel an accepted transfer. In the end the buyer got the tickets as Ticketmaster support confirmed that Stubhub received and accepted the tickets and further confirmed the tickets were claimed. Yet Stubhub refuses to pay me since November 2024. I have opened and escalated this issue no less than 20+ times now, all I get is "We have escalated the issue to the "Relevant Team" but have not heard back form them at this time, Please call back in 3 days" I have tried to get managers or higher up stubhub members on the line, but nothing happens and I am still not paid. I wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing the same or similar issue I am and if they were able to get it resolved. Any help or feedback would be appreciated, Thanks
