I listed and sold tickets for an upcoming sporting event, and got the "Action Required - You sold 2 ticket(s)" email where I usually get the name and (fake) email of the buyer and forward the tickets. However, this one email didn't include buyer's name or buyer's (fake) email. I tried logging into my account and looking at open sales. The sales show up but still doesn't give me details on who to make the transfer to. I don't know what I need to do to complete this sale. Please advise. Thanks.
