I bought tickets to an event originally ticketed via eTix. The seller uploaded screenshots of the mobile ticket but it does not include the barcode to be scanned at the venue (I have tickets to the second night of the same show and mine have the barcode). StubHub Customer Service is returning an Internal Server Error so I can't communicate that way.
