I sold tickets for a Rage Against the Machine concert in 2020. Covid caused it to be delayed until 2022. For two years I contacted Stubhub support via phone at least a dozen times. Each time they said they would escalate and call me back. That never happened. I contacted via Twitter and they were no help. I sent a letter to their litigation department based on a form I found online. Then Twitter support told me that was the wrong address, even though it was the address on the form. I mailed another letter. Never received a response. All this over $270. It's been almost a year but I still want to get paid. They say that my bank account has a mismatch but I've tried multiple bank accounts and Paypal. Nothing works. Any suggestions?
