The seating map for a show I want to sell tickets for is not available but when I try to sell them, I can choose from a list of default sections. There isn't an option to sell a floor section (I see Field TBD though). However, when I look at current listings, someone was able to sell a floor section. How were they able to list their ticket with that section?
