  • What is wrong (date/time, venue, rescheduled/postponed, etc.) Last year the SAP Center did some renovations that resulted in the removal of some rows and suites, and replaced them with premium box seat style seating. These changes have been reflected in TicketMaster and SeatGeek, but are missing from StubHub. As an example, we'll use the Billie Eilish is playing at the SAP Center on December 10th 2024. Please note though,  This isn't just a problem with the Billie Eilish concert, it's a problem for *all events* at the SAP Center. All SAP Center events in San Jose CA are missing the Penthouse Lounge Section, which replaced the Pacific Suite in mid 2023. The Penthouse Lounge is numbered box seating with unlimited food, drink, and alcohol included. This lounge is sub-divided into multiple sections, each with ticket numbered seats. The map on Stubhub needs to have these sections added, and the listing options need to have the PL1-PL9 sections available to select.
