I have attached a screenshot that shows that I am able to view a listing, but not view the sale, so I am unable to get my tickets box 80, row one, seats 13 through 16 to the buyer because the information for the buyer is “invisible” to me I’ve sold hundreds of tickets on StubHub and I’ve been relatively pleased with the ease of transferring the tickets is there anyway you folks could check Cage the Elephant for Travis Burt I can provide my account number if necessary but I’d be very happy for you guys to transfer the tickets or simply sell me send me the buyers full name and email address and I can manage directly from Live Nation. Here is the active address on file w/SH. Also tried to change all email addresses in my profile to the current one.  verified it thru the link, but said it was already on file 100% on SH they charged my card $400 for an issue I didn’t create. Let me know my next steps. Thanks. ... View more
