I installed the StubHub app on a new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra cell phone. When I opened the app, I just get the StubHub logo in the middle of the screen and it stays like that forever. There are no buttons to press to continue. I have to close all apps on the phone to get out of it. I tried uninstalling the app and re-installing it (twice more) and get the same problem. How do I fix this problem? I previously posted this same issue on 11/20/23. The same day, I received a private message from an anonymous TeamStubHub Moderator saying “I apologize for the issues you are having with our application. Can you let me know what the email address and phone number on your StubHub account is so I can have your request tied to a specific account?”. I immediately replied with that information but it has been 6 days and he never responded again. When I go back to the private message, it no longer has an option for me to send any new replies. When I try to go back to my original message in the public forum, it cannot be found so I am posting it again.
