StubHub told me that because I get my payments through PayPal, they would have my 1099. I met the new 2023 (now postponed) dollar threshold through sales on StubHub, plus over 200 transactions. However those transactions don't count according to PayPal. Why? StubHub sends PayPal single payment invoices with multiple sales records on those invoices to pay me. PayPal only counts each invoice payment as a single payment, even though the payment could be for 50 transactions on that invoice. So it seems that neither will be giving me a 1099-K, correct?
