Friend bought tickets to Michael Franti at Red Rocks for 5/31/24. It wasn't clear that there were TWO shows on the same date. The early show is a "Yoga Show," but the evening concert with Ripe is what she thought she was buying tickets to. Is there any way to request a refund OR exchange the tickets she bought for credit toward the (higher priced) tickets she wanted? Any answers suggestions would be greatly appreciated. (Doesn't seem right that she should be stuck with these so far out from the concert date!) Thanks!
