Sometimes venues and / or Ticketmaster restrict ticket transfers up until 72 - 24 hours before the event. I would recommend updating your hand in date to as far into the future as possible and monitor your tickets and check if they're able to be transferred closer to the event. It may be worth asking TicketMaster about this too as they may be able to unlock them.
