This may seem like a petty/trivial concern, but I originally purchased tickets marked with "GA10, Seat 9" for tonight's Spiritbox show at the Filmore in Phildaelphia. I believe they were for a designated seat corresponding with a valid seat number. However, the tickets I received via a link to a Ticketmaster mirror site "SecureMyPass" confirms the tickets for an entirely different seat number. StubHub's customer service is unwilling to recognize the legitimacy of the concern and says "seat number may vary." The only issue is that I happened to purchase originally a standing room only ticket as well for a much lower price, and I have since relisted that ticket. However, I got the link shared with me over the weekend via an email from customer service where the ticket details had the same details as the seated ticket. I think both tickets are standing room only, but the ticketseller may have purposely advertised them as seated tickets to justify a 50% upcharge. Stubhub seems unwilling to resolve the issue.
