Hi I bought two tickets for Coldplay - total cost £600. The seller emailed me, was nice to start off with, explained she couldn’t transfer until closer to the date ect. She then said she was new to stubhub and didn’t realise she wouldn’t get the money until after the event. She then tried to persuade me to send her the cost of 1 ticket to secure the sale. I explained that I couldn’t do that as I had already paid £600. I’ve emailed her several times to ask if she will be honouring the sale and have had no reply. I’m feeling that I have been scammed - do I have any options?
