I bought 2 tix to a concert in Montreal, up to the event I had no bar code making the tix useless, I called 5 times and was told at noon the day of the show it would show up, but at noon, nothing. I called them back to complain and the guy on the line thought it was funny I was MAD and frustrated to the point where he laughed at me. I called back 1 hour before the show and was told that when I got there it would show up LIES! I had to buy 2 new tix which were a 1/3 of the price for better seats and saw a great show. My point: I will do everything in my power moving forward to NEVER deal with this joke of a company again, we'll see if I get my refund of $508.00 without having to go through AMEX, be careful people these clowns are nothing short of scammers.
