Never had this happen before in over a decade of selling… Last night at 6pm PST, I sold a ticket for a concert at 8pm PST. Instead of the normal email saying “your ticket was sold”, my email said “we found a buyer for your ticket and are investigating the buyer. This should be resolved within 24 hours”… ok? Not my problem but sure. Stubhub removed my listing and moved the ticket to my pending sales tab After the concert started last night I got a follow up email from Stubhub saying they cancelled the sale due to an issue with the buyer but are relisting my ticket. At this point, I obviously couldn’t sell the ticket, nor leave to attend the concert so I just lost all my money. I called customer service who said they couldn’t do anything and that the buyer gave them bad bank info. I asked for a supervisor who said the same thing and then hung up on me. Has anyone had this happen? Would love to hear another experience before contacting the AG
