I called many many times and threatened them with legal action. Miraculously the payment appeared after this week after the last call. I’m still reporting them to the state Attorney General. They’re obviously enjoying the interest float by waiting to pay for days after the event and after they got paid, and in delaying larger payments. The customer service was horrific.
