Hi, It's very likely the seller does not have the tickets you purchased. Sellers on StubHub are not required to provide any proof they have possession of the tickets you are buying. You will likely receive an email/message that the seller "cannot provide the tickets you originally purchased" and offer alternatives that are nowhere near the same value or location of the tickets you purchased. They typically send this message just days before the event, in the hope the buyer will accept any alternatives because they are so close to the event...even though the refund amount and quality of the ticket is terrible. Ask for a full refund....your seller is scamming you. Remember, StubHub gets their fee regardless...ask for a full refund now.
