I woke up to an email confirming that the email address on my stubhub account was successfully changed. I did not change it. I reached out to customer service to try and get my account back. They have been no help because my info doesn't match the account! Of course it doesn't!! The person who hacked it changed all of the info in the account. I have had this account for over a decade and have plenty of email proof that this is my account. Customer service keeps telling me they transferring my case to the “fraud department”. This has happened 4 times now over the last 3 weeks. I have heard nothing back. I have over $3,000 worth of tickets in that account that I had already sold and am awaiting the payout. The problem is the hacker will put in their account info to receive the payment. I need help!! Thanks
