I had a similar issue. I received an email from ticketmaster the day of the concert that tickets were stolen - here's part of that email: Hello, The tickets that were transferred to you were acquired by someone who was attempting to steal tickets. As a result, they have been cancelled and returned to the original ticket holder... I was told by several people this is a stubhub issue, not Ticketmaster, so filed a fraud case with them. Hope we both get our money back and that cyber sec protocols are enhanced (or maybe even just followed appropriately) on both of these sites.
