Yesterday somebody hacked into my Stubhub account and purchased tickets to Usher (who I wouldn't buy tickets for) at the Barclay Center (I don't know where that is). My card on file was charged $730. and then credited back the $730. I was alerted to this activity because I received an email from Stubhub saying my email had been changed and if I didn't make that change, then contact them immediately. At the same time, I started received a ton of junk emails and texts. This was very disturbing. I wasn't able to get into my Stubhub account with my email. I called Stubhub and they put my email back so I was able to log in. I immediately changed my password and called my credit card company and cancelled my card. Stubhub "escalated" this incident to their "Fraud" department. I later received an email from Stubhub stating that they determined there was no fraudulent activity on my account. This is unacceptable and I want everyone to know about this and to be careful.
