I had VIP and GA + tickets for Rolling Loud in Miami. I purchased the tickets originally because my son graduated high school at 15 and at 16 is attending a university. To show how proud I am of him I purchased tickets for Rolling Loud in Miami, that was his choice of a gift. Long story short, we have a scheduling conflict and can't be in Miami the weekend of December 13-15. I decided to sell my tickets on StubHub, never sold tickets on StubHub just bought them. I listed both types of tickets and requested a price that would be a little loss, not much, but I was willing to lose a little. StubHub sold my VIP tickets for $234 each, not the $850 I requested. They also had listed my GA + tickets for $500 when I asked for $650 each. When I received my notice my VIP tickets sold for $234 each, I contacted StubHub and the guy is saying there is nothing they can do. There is something they can do and that is to credit back the buyers. No way would I sell those tickets for that cheap. When I had the rep on the phone, I requested my GA + listing to be deleted. The rep said he had to get permission to delete it. I logged on and discontinued the sale. I then asked him if I could turn the sale off, why couldn't you. He refuses to cancel the sale. In the past when I've purchased NFL tickets, I've received emails that said my order was cancelled and when I called StubHub I was told the reason was because the buyer refused the offer. Because of this, I thought I would be safe selling the tickets. I will never use StubHub again. I feel scammed because my tickets was sold considerably less than asked. I was told that if I didn't send the tickets I would be charged for replacement tickets. Whoever bought these, bought VIP tickets for less than what GA tickets cost. I was asked to prove the amount requested. I didn't take screenshots. StubHub scammed me and I'll never use them again. STUBHUB..... IF YOU READ THIS.....DO THE RIGHT THING.
