Hello! I bought two tickets for me and my daughter for Billie Eilish show in Seattle for Friday Dec 6, 2024. We drove from Calgary, Canada to see the concert. We artist the hotel in Seattle at around 1.30 pm on Dec 6, but my husband a seizure and we went to the hospital all day, so we couldn’t make it to the concert. I am sure there is a way to check that the tickets were never scanned, I can send you papers from the hospital to prove we were there. Is there a way that we can get refunded please?
