Since Kia Forum does not even have a Section 222 available for sale (as Section 222 is greyed out and not listed for purchase), it’s clear there was an error in the listing. Yesterday’s afternoon, I contacted your service team by phone to explain the situation, but I wanted to follow up in writing to provide additional clarification and ensure a smooth resolution. I would like to avoid any potential charges for changing the ticket details, as this was an honest mistake. Additionally, I am concerned that this misunderstanding could prevent the buyer from attending the intended event. If that happens, they may also contact your team to address the issue, potentially adding to your workload. To resolve this matter as quickly and efficiently as possible, could Stubhub please assist in contacting the buyer to discuss the possibility of canceling the purchase?
