Why does Stubhub reach out to me regarding my first post about the Wild Horses Event, saying they will look into the matter, and here we are 2 weeks later and no response, what a joke they are!

I paid over $500 for my tickets to WIld Horses Festival when I got to the venue I was not able to see the stage and stubhub won't reimburse me, 👎 the event was from 4pm-11pm with no view of the stage because a large object blocking the stage. Wouldn't recommend buying tickets from stubhub again!
