I bought 4 tickets to Kevin Hart for February 16th 2025. The show gets rescheduled for February 14th 2025. I received an email saying that if I cannot go, I can resell my tickets on StubHub and no fees will be charged because of this rescheduling. I proceed to sell 2 of the 4 tickets (because 2 of the 4 people cannot attend the new date of the show). I list the tickets for $245 a ticket and wake up in the morning saying my tickets have sold and for both tickets I will get a total of $441, obviously that does not compute. The total should have been $490, but somehow I am getting back less? So, I called customer service and find out that because I am selling only 2 of the 4 of the tickets I originally bought, I am getting charged the fees for listing and selling tickets on stubhub. Outrageous! In the email, there was nothing written that I have to sell all 4 of my tickets and if I only sell a portion I will then be charged the fees. What do I even do at this point? For whatever reason, the show has been rescheduled and 2 of the people that were going can no longer go because the date was changed. I am appalled at how this has all played out. I talked to an employee then to a supervisor, Jennifer and she would not state her last name, and this is where they said I could go to file a grievance. What do I do from here?
