So, I paid to get tickets to see Colter Wall but he cancelled. I was sent an email by StubHub to get a refund for the tickets while I was still at the event until the refund was cancelled because the stand-in artists preforming in Colter's place started playing. Is there any way to get a refund for the concert because I just wanted to see Colter Wall?
