1. I bought tickets for a PM event. 2. I received tickets for an afternoon event. 3. I called and I was told some ridiculous scenario of a possible refund and so accepted a voucher and listed tickets for resale. 4. I called later and said, I am not a ticket buyer and reseller, I want my money back. I then was told, because you have accepted a voucher, you cannot get a refund. Funny, a direct refund was not not an option before. 5. Then due to inclement weather my event was rescheduled to a time and date very inconvenient to me. 6. So I called again and guess what? No refund. I have filed complaints with a Consumer Rights agencies and I am currently in dialogue with the Better Business Bureau. The Fan Protect Guarantee is worthless. You can buy tickets from ticket master for cheaper and easier.
