I purchased two tickets totaling $1936. Later that evening I got an email saying "your Stubhub Email Address was changed," which I didn't catch until many days later. Now I can't log into my account, and I never received a transfer notice for the tickets. The show is in TWO days. After three hours on the phone with support, all they will tell me is that it has been referred to "the relevant department" and that fraud will call me to investigate the issue, with NO guaranteed timeline. This is horribly upsetting. Can anyone help me? What should I do?
