Event was scheduled for early October 2024, event was canceled (not postponed). StubHub wallet shows a refund pending since late October 2024. Have been in contact with them via email and phone. I have close to 40 emails where I just keep getting told my refund will come within 10 business days, as of today (almost February 2025) no refund. Also received an email back in November about a 120% credit, no credit received either. When I called, someone emailed me a code, code was invalid. I have requested multiple times for issue to be escalated, just promises of a response, but no response, refund or credit. They just keep apologizing but just keep giving me the run around.
