Hello StubHub community, Does anybody know how I can initiate refund procedure other than calling a Support? The ticket I received clearly states that ID verification is required for entry. I have already contacted the venue directly, and they confirmed that named tickets are non-transferable and that ID verification is indeed mandatory for entry due to security reasons. Unfortunately, this means I will not be permitted to use the ticket I purchased
