The same thing just happened to me and I am angry!! I sat on the website for the tickets for an hour only for them to be sold out so that's what lead me to Stubhub. I knew the bots had brought up them all up so i knew where to find them. I purchased really good seats in section 135 for my boyfriend and i and two others. I get an email last night stating that I had been upgraded. NOT! The so called upgraded seats are located in section 619. No way in hell would I have paid that kind of money for seats up that high. I chatted with and had a phone call with Stubhub they originally said they could give a 25% off voucher because the only two other options were a full refund (which I would have took if it were just my boyfriend and) or to accept the seats. Then she comes back and says "oh that was misinformation on our part. We can't offer the 25% off"! WHAT?!? How is it that you let your sellers bamboozle people like this? People make plans surrounded these events so its not so easy to just cancel. I will NEVER EVER buy another ticket from StubHub ever again!!!
