So I bought tickets to a comedy show for me and my girlfriend deutenant, and for some reason, I get tickets never showed up in my email for me to accept. I had the receipt and all that, but the actual tickets from the seller never showed for me to hit accept tickets. So we were at the show, and it was about to begin, and my girlfriend contacts customer service to see what we can do. The customer service person offers us two different tickets to much, much better seats. Like fifth row back in the center seats as opposed to way off to the right and three quarters of the way in the back of the theater. We agreed and they sent them to my email and I hit accept tickets within a few minutes. We went in and watched the show and didn't miss anything. I was very pleased with customer service and I will definitely use Stubhub again just because of this. So thank you to that customer service representative. They did an awesome job and we turned an almost bad night into an awesomen time with great seats. 👍
