Bought 4 tickets through here for a sumo event in Tokyo of Jan 2025. Three of the tickets were valid but the venue refused entry on one ticket saying it was fraudulent. Reached out to Customer Service and they were super responsive off the get go. Once I provided all the information they request, they went dark despite stating this was rare and they would elevate to management- that I should expect to hear back in 3 days. I have sent three follow-up emails since January 20th and not received any replies. Many words to describe how I feel right now- none suitable for this forum.
