I had a terrible experience with StubHub this week. I bought tickets for the Inter Miami to see Messi, and I did received the tickets. The issue was that in their app, they advertised parking passes, which I bought. But the parking garage advertised as near the stadium, was 13 miles, 4 hours walk, from the stadium. I contacted them and explained my case, asking why they were selling parking garage for the event at 13 miles, and they said that this was according to their policies. I arrived late to the game, had to see for new parking space, pay again, and very frustrating experience. And their customer service answers were not helpful and basically, they close the chat rude. Never buy a parking pass with them, just a suggestion
