StubHub, this is unacceptable! I’ve been dealing with this for four months. Here’s what happened: 1. I purchased tickets for the Coldplay show on May 31st at Stanford, specifically for Section 218. 2. The confirmation email mentioned Row QQ, but upon checking the Stanford Stadium and StubHub maps, this row doesn’t even exist. 3. I’ve spent hours every week for four months trying to get clarity, yet every call with customer support goes nowhere. 4. Out of desperation, I initiated a chargeback, but when StubHub guaranteed they would resolve the issue, I canceled it—big mistake. 5. StubHub refuses to confirm if these tickets even exist, won’t connect me with the seller, and keeps repeating, “You will get a ticket.” Their reply? If the ticket is invalid and row doesn’t exist when I arrive at the stadium with my whole family, they will refund me then. This is not how a trusted ticket marketplace should operate.
