That's the thing. I wasn't sent to a site per se. The URL was just a pop (the actual link was some access links site) with my ticket info and the bar code. I logged into my ticketmaster account just to see if they were there, and they're not. I even created an AXS account just to see if maybe that's where they were, and they aren't there either. So I have no idea.
