I purchased my ticket through StubHub, and despite following all the provided instructions, including checking AXS and the recommended manual, I was unable to retrieve my seat details before the game. I waited for my ticket to be delivered, but it was not available before the event started. Unfortunately, I only received an email regarding my seat details on March 6, which was too late for me to attend the game. As the ticket was not delivered in time for me to use it, I believe I am entitled to a refund for this purchase. I kindly ask for your prompt assistance in resolving this issue.
