We bought tickets to the opening day of the Miami Open 2025 on March 16. On the platform, it looks like you are buying tickets in the stadium. Once we received the tickets, they say no stadium access because the 16th and 17th are for qualifying rounds which are not held in the stadium! We trusted StubHub but it seems we should have done our homework so we would not be deceived by the way the platform lists these tickets. BTW, once I did my homework, after the fact, I learned that there is no charge for March 16. I will be more careful the next time I use this site. Go to the venue site first! FYI, I did speak to customer service for almost 40 minutes. No relief there.
