If you haven’t already, do not file a dispute with your bank or credit card company. You will likely lose here. SH will provide documentation that you agreed to their “all sales are final” policy at the time of purchase. They will then use the chargeback as a reason to delay your refund process. Confirming that the bank/cc company closed in their favor is a nightmare! I have just come out of a THREE MONTH battle for a refund! Despite a BBB response that a refund was issued, it was not. Calling CS is a waste of time. I have 58 pages of emailed correspondence. Save everything! Don’t give up and be prepared for a battle!! Warn everyone to avoid SH at all costs!
