Both agencies have indicated that the situation appears to constitute a potential bait-and-switch tactic. Your company's refusal to provide proof of the original ticket listing, coupled with the numerous similar complaints I have found, has raised serious concerns. I understand that these agencies are now investigating your organization's business practices. Furthermore, my credit card company is also conducting a separate investigation into this transaction.
