NOBODY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN ABLE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE FOR ME: I bought tickets on 7/29/24 for Queens of the Stone Age for September 28, 2024. The event was postponed. The event was rescheduled for June 11, 2025. When I claim my ticket for the event, which is still listed for September 26, 2024, in my account, the date on the e-ticket now says June 11, 2025. However, the term “rescheduled” is not mentioned for the June 11 event listing on stubhub and because of this I am not able to sell these tickets from my account, I am receiving an error message. Stubhub customer service says when the event is rescheduled, which they say it has not been yet, I will receive a notification for the rescheduled date. But it has been rescheduled - the term “rescheduled” has been used in all marketing online on various major music and new web sites for this new date including in the bands newsletter. Stubhub customer services oddly and frustratingly refuses to explain or even acknowledge why my ticket now says June 11, 2025, if it was not already rescheduled. There was another concert date for this band on September 27, 2024, which has been correctly identified on Stubhub as rescheduled for June 10, 2025. I want to resell these tickets as I cannot make the new event date. Someone please help!!
