I bought 4 tix to a concert in Atlanta this past weekend, and I cannot access AXS at all. I tried everything… using my online saved password, downloaded the app, forget/reset password, dropping VPN protection, logging in with Microsoft and FB acct, checking for any open AXS tabs, etc., etc. Nothing worked. I sent out a support chat for help and never got a response by email. Had to get my friend to buy me a ticket at the show. I don’t even understand why this third party platform AXS was introduced to StubHub. It’s feels like this is just another step for the process to create more problems, and it just allows the 2 platforms to point the finger at each other when things do go wrong. I feel like I was screwed out of my money. How do I get a refund? StubHub doesn’t seem to have an easy way to report this or get a refund.
