I purchased a ticket on Thursday 4/10/25 for an event that is on Saturday 4/12/25. On my order it says the ticket was transferred, however, I have not received it. I’ve checked everywhere and have even been monitoring my inbox and junk mail. I’ve spoken to 5 different customer service reps who have attempted to contact the seller and have failed to do so. They keep telling me I have to wait until Saturday at 11 am which is 4 hours before the event before they can either give me a ticket that is similar or a full refund if there aren’t any tickets. Tickets are now 3x the price. The concert is sold out on the main website and there are very few tickets left. 4 out of the 5 people I have spoken to have promised to call me back with an updated and have failed to do so. The last person I spoke with informed me that the seller used a fake number. If they know it’s a fake number, they can’t get ahold of the seller, and the seller has failed to transfer the ticket, why can’t I just get a refund or another ticket? I would rather have a ticket for the concert than my money back because of the price of the tickets now and they’re selling quickly. Can anyone advise on this situation?
