I bought tickets almost two weeks ago for parking for my event. I never got the tickets so I had to pay for an alternative parking pass. I message their live chat before the event and they told me do not email customer service until after the event has started to prove they never showed up. After they never got delivered I messaged again and got the email. I emailed and said I never got my parking pass and had to pay more to which I got a response the next day saying since I “didn’t message before or during the event” I wasn’t eligible for a refund. I responded and said I messaged before and during so I would be eligible and never got a response. I emailed again a week later only for them to send me the exact email back. I found their customer service number and called this morning for them to tell me since I didn’t contact them before the event I couldn’t get a refund and to make sure next time to message before. So I’m down $60+ for PARKING and will not be getting a refund for it. I will never be using stub hub again. They’re a total scam.
